RE: [CROMA] Private township + Electricity Charges

We should take control from individual builder and float a tender for  entire crossing. This way we can greatly reduce maintenance cost. After paying 40-50 lakhs for flat, it’s a pain paying monthly charge to builders who don’t bother to provide satisfactory service.

Sumit

Since long we are raising this issue with our Builder and on couple of time I have raised this issue in this group too.

Will take it up again with CROMA for taking it up this issue with Electricity Deptt. and GDA.

As per latest circular of UPSEB unit charges should be Rs. 4.50. Atatching herewith Notice UPSEB Circular displayed by our builder.

However builders are adding different charges and losses on it and charging extra.

At Atihant current Unit charges is Rs. 5.29.

Infect the same questions comes to me also, being a township, why there is different-2 electricity consumption charges per unit with each plot (society) of township? I never heard before, that in a small town or city, government take diff-2 consumption charges for each plot/house.

Could anybody do let me know the reasonable reason?

Thanks & Regards,

Being private Township its Responsibility of CIPL and for this they will be collecting Rs. 0.30 PSF as township maintenance.
