Dear Vishal / CROMA Team,
Concern raised by residents for completion deadline given by CIPL is valid as work has not started on either of the Pulia. Have we got any status update from CIPL? On Indian Real Estate Forum some one has mentioned that Mr. Ashok Kumar, CEO CIPL has been removed. This may further impact the progress.
Any update on other issues mentioned in charter of demand submitted on the day of Protest. Have hey given any date fro discussion as mentioned below, if not we are ready for similar protest again on 1st Sunday of next month.
Further seen a message someone suggesting make the Traffic one way on Sahberi Pulia during peak hour. It looks impossible as this is a Public Road however Traffic flow is in the ratio of 3:1 towards CR to Noida Extension in Morning and Vice Versa in evening and accordingly traffic need to be regulated, even we can ask CIPL to put a red light here to be used in peak hour.
On few days I have seen that Guards and Police personal standing at Pulia regulates the traffic and makes it one way for some time from both side and those day traffic movement is fast.
Regulating the traffic and making it one way for some time for traffic from both side will make traffic movement fast, in morning 2-3 minute Pulia should be allowed only for Traffic from CR to NE and than for one minute for Traffic from NE to CR and this cycle need to be repeated, similarly in evening cycle need to be reversed i.e 2-3 minute for Traffic from NE to CR and 1 min for traffic from CR to NE.
Above looks helpful from the fact that all of us from CR must have observed that there is hardly any waiting time for traffic coming from opposite side. Only residents of CR / GZB is suffering.
Apart from this Police person should be asked to impose the fine on ppl coming from wrong direction as it slows the traffic in extreme right lane and ppl following the traffic rule feel cheated and gets motivated to use wrong lane.
