[CROMA] Role of members

Mr.Singh, thanks for elderly and bold advice .I want to add one thing,no body shall take it personal, but it is for all of us. whether a member of CROMA or RWA.
PLEASE DO START CREATIVE WORK or spent some time for social cause THAN CRITICIZE.it is not necessary to be a part of executive in CROMA/RWA,one can start from his floor/block/tower ...

Hello Manmohan,
I generally read your mail on public forum and most of the time I see your frustration and see you always blame the CROMA Team Members but when we talk about CROMA. It is nothing… It is an association of CR Resident and most of the members on this body are working/service class and all are well educated and giving too much of time for the betterment of this city.
The problem is not from CROMA, it is the resident who doesn't have patient and always want information on mail as it is nowhere written that once you will request anything from CROMA, you will get it immediately. CROMA is not a call center. Those available persons will read your mail, discuss on it among the team and then will respond and it will take time in this process. If you are blaming the body they are running, may I ask you what the role of a resident is? Once they called a Protest on 27th April, I saw only few resident joined that protest but on the same evening during Pankaj Udas program, the crowd was not manageable ans the entry was restricted after 9 PM. My direct question from you is – Which is more important for you? Protest or Pankaj Udas.
Coming to your individual involvement, I was there in last GBM of CROMA, I asked a person to know who is Mr. Manmohan? A gentleman indicated you and suddenly I saw you left the GBM without informing anyone. When the Election Committee was about to inform, no one from your Arihant Ambience was there at that moment. Do you think you were doing your duty? If you can't give your time for 1 hour in a rare GBM of CROMA, how can you expect CROMA Team to give 100%?
As per my experience, being a retired person from Govt. of India, I have seen many association and I know, if the election committee has been formed for any association, the care taker committee can't involve in day to day activity so may be CROMA Governing Team can only take care of the Dumping Ground Legal case as it is sub-judice in Supreme Court of India.
However, the Election Committee has been formed for CROMA Election and I will see your nomination to run CROMA in a fast style. I will be happy to see your nomination as you are already a part of your own RWA in your society i.e. Arihant Ambience. I was looking into the CROMA Web site few days back, and I don't see any name from Arihant Ambience where there are many active people are there who are always online to pull the leg of few active residents. Hope it will hurt you but I am sorry because I can see your mail which must hurted some of our fellow CROMA Members. So you should know how it feels.

CROMA Team:- Keep up your good work...

With warm regards,
M. P. Singh

Dear Mr. Sharad Bhardwaj,

I do not wanted to write me in this way but your mail compelled me to do so.

What is the outcome of effort of residents of 27th Protest, concern were raised but no response.

Message was floated with photograph for achievement of installation of Vodafone Tower but when it didn't worked and ppl started making query no clarification was provided.

Coming to matter of dumping ground, Case was listed for 30th April 13, that day information was provided that matter could not be reach on Board and next date will be known from website, however I could not find the same on website and sent below message.

If in 10 days time the Croma Team who has taken responsibility after displacing the elected body, is not able to find time to update on this critical matter they does not deserve the place to be there.

Anyway everyone has right to express their feeling.

In last meeting it was discussed that a gathering will be arranged on 28th April 13 (Sunday) for making a plead with Supreme Court and other concerned authority and expressing concern of residents thru media to them, although date also got extended in Supreme Court and we residents got the time but nothing happened till now.

My no. is mentioned below and if you have any concern you can always talk to me.

Regards,

Manmohan Jha
