Do I need to pay any kind of tax( house Tax/Property Tax etc).

I guess house tax will be applicable once completion certificate is issued by GDA.
It may possible that this will be not applicable being a pvt township as all the services is being provided and maintained by Crossing Infra and we are required to pay township maintenance to crossing infra.

All Crossings flats are freehold properties therefore you need not pay any house tax unless there is any amendment.
